Reynolds Property Services are pleased to announce the arrival of this new & exciting, jargon-free Property Survey.
Buying a property can be a stressful & sometimes daunting prospect – the fear of the unknown in terms of what you are getting for you (or your Building Society’s) money.
While Full Building Surveys, or Structural Surveys are an option for older, potentially riskier investments, they are not only more expensive, but can use a great deal of building industry jargon & acronyms that are often unintelligible to the layman & are best handed to a builder to decipher the results.
The Home Condition Survey is specifically designed to provide the home purchaser with a clear, concise but all-encompassing condition rating for the key elements of the property in plain English & with supporting photographic evidence. The extensive Report utilises the ‘traffic light’ colour differentiation for the 3 condition levels, with level 1 indicating all is well, level 2 indicating non-urgent minor attention or repairs required and level 3 indicating more urgent & serious issues.
Additionally, there is a section for conveyancing issues that recommend your solicitor or conveyancer is made aware of potentially conflicting legal matters.
